Joe’s opponent, Judge Tom Wolgram, recently said he signed the Recall Petition because he “did not fully understand” the Governor’s “proposals”, which had been law for nearly a year.
“I took no position on the proposals” by signing the petition, Wolfgram said. “I did not fully understand the proposals,” he said in explaining why he wanted more time to learn about them.
A judge’s job is to understand and enforce the law – particularly the most publicized laws in recent memory – not to force recalls to delay them.
Joe Voiland is challenging Judge Wolfgram on April 2nd because Ozaukee County deserves better judgment.
